Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 June 2026
1. Scope
These Terms govern the relationship between Click Crew Media B.V. (the “Provider”) and users of the stairlift-compare.co.uk website (“Users”). Using the website requires acceptance of these Terms.
2. Our service
The Provider operates a free online comparison service. Users answer a guided questionnaire about their enquiry. These answers are passed to selected, independent partner companies, who provide the User with individual quotes.
The Provider acts solely as an introducer. Any contract is formed directly between the User and the partner company. The Provider does not become a party to that contract.
3. Free to use
Using the website is free for Users. The Provider is funded through introduction commissions paid by partner companies.
4. User obligations
- Users agree to provide truthful and accurate information.
- Enquiries may only be made for the User’s own purposes.
- Using the website for the commercial or promotional purposes of third parties is prohibited.
5. Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence the Provider is liable only where an essential contractual obligation has been breached. The Provider accepts no liability for the quotes, services or promises of partner companies.
6. Cancellation
Consumers may have a statutory right to cancel contracts entered into with partner companies. Any required cancellation information will be provided to you by the relevant partner company.
7. Data protection
Information about how we process personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these Terms
The Provider may amend these Terms at any time with future effect. Changes will be published on this page.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
